Technical Support

LEARN Technical Assistance Center (TAC)

The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) of LEARN provides engineering assistance to member institutes. The main objective of this service is to support institutions that may not have the practical capacity to implement services independently. LEARN TAC addresses this through a structured remote engineering assistance model.

Service Scope

Support is provided to institutional technical teams

LEARN TAC is designed to support the technical staff of member institutions rather than end users. It focuses on strengthening institutional capacity in implementation, maintenance, and operational support.

Important Note

End-user support remains with the institution

LEARN does not provide direct assistance to students or staff. Each institute is expected to appoint a dedicated technical person who can handle end-user issues internally and work with LEARN TAC when needed.
